Return Process

  Place the veil or accessory back in its original protective box and shipping mailer, ensuring all original documentation is included.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item for any signs of wear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
